Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Invite, a product of Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited("we", "us", "our"), available at https://digitalinvite.in and related subdomains.

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), buying an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Digital Invite lets you create a hosted wedding (or similar event) invitation web page from a template, share a link with guests, collect RSVP replies, and manage basic invite settings. Features may change as we improve the product.

Guest invitation pages are designed for guests to view details and, where enabled, submit RSVP answers. Guests do not need a Digital Invite account.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. You may sign up with email and password or with Google Sign-In.

If you use Google Sign-In, you also follow Google's terms for your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your Digital Invite account.

You must be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The service is not for children under 13.

Paid plans are charged as shown at checkout. Prices may include applicable GST. Payment is processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). After a successful payment you receive access to edit and publish your invitation, and we email a tax invoice where applicable.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You own the content you upload (names, photos, videos, text, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content so we can run Digital Invite for you and your guests.

You must have the rights to use the content you upload. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law.

• Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it
• Do not use Digital Invite to spam, harass, or deceive people
• Do not try to access another person's account or data
• Do not resell the service in a way we have not agreed to in writing

Digital Invite templates, software, branding, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. The name Digital Invite and related marks identify this product.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (for example payment networks, email providers, or DNS).

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error free or meet every expectation for your event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Digital Invite is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation purchase that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patna, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
