Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digital Invite, a hosted digital invitation service operated by Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), at https://digitalinvite.in and related subdomains.

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), buying an invitation or a card, paying for a custom order, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

Invitation videos are ordered on WhatsApp, not on this site, and are governed by our Video Order Terms, which you accept by replying "Yes" to our message that carries the link. For a video order, those terms prevail over these Terms.

Digital Invite is a hosted digital invitation service. When you purchase a design, you get access to edit and publish that invitation on our platform, share a link with guests, and collect RSVP replies where you enable them.

Your invitation remains hosted for 2 months from the date of purchase (payment), or from delivery for a custom order (section 6). During that active period you can edit your invitation, including after you share the link. When the hosting period ends, public access to the invitation page stops and the invitation is no longer available to guests.

Guest invitation pages are accessible to anyone who has the link. Guests do not need a Digital Invite account to view an invitation or submit an RSVP where enabled.

We also sell digital invitation cards. A card is a file you edit and download. It is not a web page, has no guest link, and has no RSVP. The licence and limits for cards are in section 5 below.

We also make invitation videos with your names, dates and venue. A video is a file made for you by our team on WhatsApp. It is not hosted by us and has no guest link or RSVP. Its price, payment in two parts, revisions, delivery and what happens to the files are in the Video Order Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. You may sign up with email and password or with Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, you also follow Google's terms for your Google account.

You are responsible for activity on your Digital Invite account. You must be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The service is not directed at children under 18 as account holders.

Paid invitations are charged as shown at checkout (from ₹1,699, plus GST, less any discount shown; each design shows its own price and says whether GST is included in it or added at checkout). The GST split (CGST and SGST, or IGST) follows your billing state and is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Razorpay. After successful payment you receive access to edit and publish your invitation, and we email a tax invoice where applicable.

When you buy a card, you get a personal licence to edit the design in our editor and download PNG or PDF files for your own event. You may print those files for guests and family. You may not resell the design, share the editable file, or redistribute the artwork as a template for others to use.

Names you enter at checkout are locked on the card. You may correct them once while the card is still editable. After that, names cannot be changed. Other fields stay editable for 30 days from payment. After 30 days the card is read-only. You can still download it until 60 days from payment. After 60 days we delete the card and its files from our systems. Files you already saved on your device stay yours.

You are responsible for photographs and text you upload. You must have the right to use them. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material. A card is delivered digitally as soon as you can download it. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

We also make invitation websites designed for one customer ("custom orders"). A custom order is arranged with our team on WhatsApp and then created by us on your existing Digital Invite account. Your order page shows the order number, what we agreed to make, where the work stands and, for a paid order, the final amount. That amount includes GST; nothing is added on top. Some custom orders are free, and a free order involves no payment or invoice.

Only a Digital Invite partner referral code can be used on a custom order. Other promo codes do not apply. An expected delivery date, where we give one, is our best estimate and not a guarantee. All discussion about your design happens on WhatsApp.

Once you pay for a custom order, it cannot be cancelled and it is not refunded, because the work is made only for you. You confirm this before you pay. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law where those rights apply. Until you pay, we may cancel an unpaid order and nothing is charged.

When we deliver the website it appears in your account, and you check it and publish it yourself. Hosting runs for 2 monthsfrom the day we deliver the website, not from the day you pay. If we later improve the design, we may update your website's design; guests keep seeing the published version until you publish again.

A custom order website can also carry a Hindi version that you switch on or off in the editor. We do not translate anything: guests see exactly what you type in each Hindi box, and the English text wherever a Hindi box is empty.

The design itself (its layout, artwork and styling) remains ours. We may later offer the same design to other customers, under any name and at any price, but never with your names, photographs, event details or any other content of yours. You confirm this before you pay. Your content stays yours as described in section 7.

If you ask us to close your account while a custom order is still being made, the order ends without a refund of any amount already paid. The payment and its invoice stay in our records as the law requires.

You own the content you upload or enter (names, photos, videos, text, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide Digital Invite to you and your guests.

You must have the rights to use the content you upload. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law.

If you export RSVP replies or other data from your dashboard, you are responsible for how you store and use that information after export.

Guests can RSVP without creating a Digital Invite account. Information submitted through an invitation's RSVP form is processed to provide RSVP functionality and is made available to the invitation owner according to the RSVP fields you configure. RSVP responses may include identifiable information such as name, phone, or email depending on your settings.

• Do not misuse the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it
• Do not use Digital Invite to spam, harass, or deceive people
• Do not try to access another person's account or data
• Do not resell the service in a way we have not agreed to in writing

Digital Invite templates, software, branding, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. The name Digital Invite and related marks identify this product.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (for example payment networks, email providers, or DNS).

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error free or meet every expectation for your event.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Digital Invite is limited to the amount you paid us for the invitation or card purchase that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patna, Bihar, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
