Video Order Terms
Last updated: 17 October 2026
What your price includes
The price you saw under the video on our Videos page covers all of this. It is the price of the sample you chose, and we quote it again in our WhatsApp chat before you say “Yes”.
- One video made for you in the style of the sample you chose, with your names, dates and venue.
- The video quality we state for that sample in our WhatsApp message (for example 4K) (clause 17.1).
- Our default music for the sample, and one free replacement with a song you send (clause 10).
- A first draft with our watermark within 24 hours of your advance and all your details reaching us (clause 6.2).
- 2 free rounds of changes to text or to caricatures, sent together as one list for each round (clause 8).
- The final video without watermark once you approve a draft and pay the balance (clauses 4.3 and 7.3), and 24 hours after delivery to ask for free corrections of spelling, grammar or text (clause 11).
- A GST invoice.
Anything not listed here costs extra, and the next part shows what. The price is paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% before we send the final video.
What costs extra
These are charged on top of the price. We tell you the amount in the chat before we do the work. If this short guide and a numbered clause below ever seem to differ, the clause applies.
- Each further round of changes
- ₹100 a round, after the 2 free rounds are used (clause 8.6).
- A caricature
- ₹60 to ₹100 each, by how complex it is, unless the sample or our chat says one is included (clause 9).
- Changing your music again
- ₹50 a change, after the first free replacement (clause 10).
- A second correction after delivery
- ₹100, if your free correction request in the 24 hours is already used (clause 11.4).
- Fonts, images, backgrounds, new scenes or another language
- Not part of any revision. We quote a price in the chat, or it is a new order (clause 8.7).
- A different sample
- A new order at that sample’s price (clause 8.7).
- Any change after the correction window
- A new order at the full price, because the files are deleted and the video is made again from the beginning (clause 12.3).
Read this before you reply “Yes”
These Video Order Terms (“Terms”) are the contract for every invitation video you order from Digital Invite on WhatsApp. They are made between you and Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited. Version 1.0, in force from 17 October 2026.
We send you a link to this page and then ask whether you want to proceed. When you reply “Yes”, you agree to everything on this page. Please read it first. If anything is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you reply.
Payment and timing at a glance
This list is a guide. The numbered clauses below are the binding terms, and they apply in full.
- Who makes the video
- Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited, which sells invitation videos as Digital Invite and Shyara Digital.
- Price
- The price of the sample you chose, as quoted in our WhatsApp chat. It includes GST unless we tell you otherwise before you pay (clause 4.1).
- Payment in two parts
- 50% Advance to confirm the order. 50% Balance after you approve the final watermarked video and before we send the final video (clause 4).
- When work starts
- Only after we receive the Advance and all your details and materials, complete (clause 6.1).
- Final video
- Sent without watermark only after the Balance is paid in full (clauses 4.3 and 7).
- After the final video
- 24 hours to ask for free corrections of spelling, grammar or text. Then the editable files are deleted (clause 11).
- Changes after that
- A new order at the full price, because the video has to be made again from the beginning (clause 12.3).
- Cancelling
- Once the order is confirmed, the amount paid is not refundable, except in the cases in clause 14.

2. How you accept these Terms
These Terms are the contract for your Order. Before we ask whether you want to proceed, we send you the link to this page. You accept these Terms, and a binding Order exists on these Terms, when you do the first of these:
- reply “Yes”, “Ok”, “Proceed”, a thumbs-up, or any other words or sign that show you agree, to our message that carries the link to these Terms;
- send us the Details; or
- pay the Advance.
A contract made through WhatsApp and online payment is valid and enforceable, including under section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Chat, your payment records and our own records are electronic records. You agree that either of us may rely on them as evidence of the Order, its terms and how it was carried out, and that you will not dispute them only because they are electronic or are not signed.
You confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms, and you had the chance to ask us questions in the Chat before you accepted them;
- you are at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract (or you are a parent or guardian acting for someone who is not); and
- if you order for a couple, a family or another person, you have their authority to order, and they are bound by these Terms through you.
If any part of these Terms is unclear, ask us in the Chat before you accept. We will explain it in English or Hindi. The English text of these Terms is the binding one.
The version of these Terms shown at the top of this page when you accept applies to your Order. We may change these Terms for later orders. A change never reduces your rights under an Order you have already accepted, unless the law requires it. We will give you a copy of any earlier version on request.
The Sample, the Price and the inclusions of the Sample as we state them in the Chat when you accept are part of the Order. They prevail over anything shown elsewhere.
3. How an order works, step by step
You choose. You choose a Sample on our Videos page and message us on WhatsApp. The message names the Sample and its price.
We send the offer and these Terms. We reply with what the Sample includes and a link to these Terms, and ask whether you want to proceed. Your agreement is your acceptance (clause 2).
We ask for the Details. We ask for the names of the bride and groom, their parents’ names, the venue details, the date and time of the event, and whose name should appear first, and for any Customer Materials the Sample needs.
You send the Details. Please send them complete and together (clause 5). We may ask you to fill a gap or correct something before we can begin.
We ask for the Advance. We ask for 50% of the Price (clause 4.2).
The Order is confirmed. When the Advance reaches us, we confirm it in the Chat. Work starts at the Start Time.
We share a watermarked Draft (clauses 6 and 7).
You ask for changes, if you want any. You send all your changes together. We carry them out and share an updated Draft. This repeats for each Revision Round (clause 8).
You approve, and pay the Balance. When you approve a Draft as final, we ask for the Balance. Only after we receive the Balance in full do we send the Final Video without watermark (clause 4.3).
You have 24 hours to report errors. After Delivery, you may ask for free corrections of spelling, grammar or text (clause 11).
The Order is completed. When the Correction Window ends, the Order is complete and we delete the Editable Files. Any change after that is a new Order (clause 12).
This is the whole process. Nobody at our company can change it, and we promise nothing, unless we confirm it in the Chat.
4. Price, payment and tax
The Price is the price of the Sample that we quote in the Chat when you ask to proceed. Unless we tell you in writing before you pay that GST is to be added, the Price includes GST. We issue a tax invoice for the Price and for any Extra Charges you pay.
The Advance is 50% of the Price. Your Order is not confirmed, and none of our time limits run, until we have received the Advance in cleared funds and confirmed it in the Chat. We do not begin work before that.
The Balance is the remaining 50% of the Price, plus any Extra Charges due at that time. You pay it after Finalisation and before Delivery. We do not send the Final Video, or any part of the Video without the watermark, until we have received the Balance in full.
We charge Extra Charges only for the things listed in these Terms, or for additional work you ask for. We tell you the amount in the Chat before we do the work, and the work is treated as accepted when you tell us to go ahead. Extra Charges are added to the Balance, except that the fee for an additional Revision Round (clause 8.6) or a further correction request (clause 11.4) must be paid before we begin it.
You pay by the method we share in the Chat (for example UPI or bank transfer). Pay only to the payment details that we send you in the Chat from our official WhatsApp number. A payment counts when it is credited to us. Charges made by your bank or payment app are yours. Please send us the payment reference (such as the UTR) so we can match it. We confirm every payment we receive in the Chat.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed without good reason after we have done the work, we may pause or end the Order, and the amount stays payable by you.
After Order Confirmation the Price, the Advance and the Balance do not change, except for Extra Charges under these Terms. A change in the price of the Sample on our website later does not affect an Order you have already accepted.
5. Your details and materials
You are responsible for the Details you give us. Check every spelling (in every script and language), the date, the time, the address of the venue, the order of the names and the name of every family member. We make the Video from exactly what you send.
We do not check Details for accuracy, and we may not know the correct spelling of a name or a place. An error in the Video that comes from Details or Customer Materials you gave us, or from text you approved, is yours. Correcting it is a Revision (clause 8) or, after Finalisation, a correction under clause 11.
Please send the Details complete and together. The time limits in clause 6 do not start until we have all the Details and Customer Materials the Sample needs. If something is missing, we tell you in the Chat what it is.
You confirm that you own, or have every permission and licence needed to use, all Customer Materials (including photographs, text, logos, reference photographs for a caricature, and music). You confirm that every person who can be identified in them has agreed to their use in the Video (and, for a child, that a parent or guardian has agreed). You confirm that the Customer Materials are lawful, are not defamatory, obscene or hateful, and do not infringe anyone’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights.
We may refuse, remove or replace any Customer Material that we reasonably believe breaks clause 5.4, is too poor in quality to use, or is unsuitable for the Sample. We tell you in the Chat. This does not extend our time limits.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Customer Materials only to make, store and deliver the Video, and to keep the records that the law requires.
You will compensate us for any loss, claim, damage or reasonable cost (including reasonable legal fees) that we suffer because Customer Materials, or music you supply, break clause 5.4 or the rights of anyone else.
Do not send identity documents, bank or card details or passwords in the Chat. The only exception is the payment reference we ask for under clause 4.5.
6. Timelines and delivery
Work on your Video starts at the Start Time.
We will share the first Draft within 24 hours of the Start Time.
We will share an updated Draft after each Revision Round, normally within 24 hours of the Round beginning (clause 8.4). Some changes take longer, for example a new caricature. If so, we tell you in the Chat first. Apart from the commitment in clause 6.2, every date and time we give is our best estimate and is not guaranteed.
Time we spend waiting for you (for Details, Customer Materials, replies, approval or payment) does not count towards any time limit of ours. Every time limit of ours is extended by any event described in clause 18.
If we have not shared the first Draft within 72 hours of the Start Time, for a reason other than those in clause 6.4, you may cancel the Order by telling us in the Chat before we share the first Draft. We will then refund everything you have paid (clause 14.3).
If your event is soon, tell us in your first message. We will say honestly whether we can make the Video in time. Except as clause 6.5 provides, we are not responsible if the Video is ready too late for your event.
We send Drafts and the Final Video in the Chat, as a video file or a download link, to the number you messaged us from, unless you tell us in writing to use another number or an email address. Delivery is complete when we send it, not when you open it.
7. Drafts and the watermark
Every Draft carries our watermark. A Draft is for your review only, so that you can check the content and tell us what to change.
You may show a Draft to the members of your family and the people who are helping you to approve it. You must not publish, post, forward or use a Draft as an invitation, advertise with it, or use it for any other purpose. You must not remove, crop, cover, blur or edit out the watermark, or use any tool to do so.
The Final Video is the same as the last Draft you approved, except that the watermark is removed. We may make small technical adjustments, such as to the file size, that do not change the content.
You have no right to the Video without the watermark until you have paid in full. If a Draft is used against clause 7.2, we may stop work and end the Order, we need not refund anything, and we may take any action available to protect our rights.
WhatsApp and other apps compress videos, so a Draft on your phone may look softer than the Final Video file. That is not a defect.
8. Revisions
Free Revision Rounds. The Price includes 2 Free Revision Rounds. You may use them after any Draft we send, until Finalisation.
What a Revision can be. A Revision is a request to change a Draft. The Price covers only requests that fall within the “Included Scope”, which is:
- text changes: correcting or changing spelling, grammar, wording, names, dates, times, the venue or its address, or the order of the names, in text that appears in the Video; and
- caricature changes: changes to a caricature we have made for your Video under clause 9, for example correcting a feature, a hairstyle or an outfit.
What a Revision Round is. A “Revision Round” begins when you send us a request for changes after receiving a Draft, and ends when we share the updated Draft that carries out those changes. One Revision Round may contain as many changes as you like, as long as they are all on the same list (clause 8.4).
One list for each round. You must send all the changes you want in a Round together, in one message or in messages sent one after another. We may reply with the list as we understand it and ask you to confirm that it is complete. The Round begins when you confirm, or, if you do not, when we begin carrying out your changes. Changes you send after a Round has begun belong to the next Round.
A Round is used up when we share the updated Draft, even if you find more changes after you see it. If you send some changes, we update the Draft, and you then send the changes you left out, those are two Rounds, not one. Splitting your changes across separate updates always counts as separate Rounds.
Further rounds. After the 2 Free Revision Rounds are used, each further Revision Round within the Included Scope costs ₹100 per Round. A paid Round may also contain as many changes as you like, on one list. We tell you in the Chat when the Free Revision Rounds are used up, and we begin a further Round only after you have agreed and paid the fee.
What is not a Revision. These are not part of any Revision Round, free or paid:
- changing the Sample, or its design, theme, layout, colours, animation or length;
- changing fonts;
- changing, adding or removing images, photographs or backgrounds;
- adding events, scenes or pages;
- changing the music (clause 10); and
- translating the Video into another language.
We may decline such a request, or agree to it for an Extra Charge that we quote in the Chat. A request to move to a different Sample is a new Order at that Sample’s price.
Our own errors. If the Video does not match the Details or the text that you gave us in writing (for example, we typed a name differently from how you wrote it), we correct it free of charge, and it does not count as a Revision Round.
Your review. Check each Draft fully: every name, spelling, date, time, address, phone number and the music. You are responsible for the content you approve.
Finalisation. Finalisation happens when you tell us in the Chat that a Draft is approved or final, or when you pay the Balance, whichever is first. After Finalisation there are no more Revision Rounds. The only changes after that are our errors (clause 8.8) and corrections in the Correction Window (clause 11).
Free Revision Rounds you have not used end at Finalisation and have no cash value.
9. Caricatures
A caricature is a stylised portrait of a person that we draw from photographs you send us. A caricature is not included in the Price unless the description of the Sample, or the Chat, says that it is.
Each caricature costs ₹60 to ₹100, depending on how complex it is (for example the number of people, the outfit, the accessories and the detail). We tell you the exact charge for each caricature in the Chat before we start, and we start when you tell us to go ahead. The charge is an Extra Charge.
A caricature is made from the photographs you send and is our creative interpretation of them. Send clear photographs, because the quality of a caricature depends on them.
Changes to a caricature we have already made are Revisions within the Included Scope (clause 8.2(b)). Replacing a caricature with one of a different person, or asking for an additional caricature, is charged under clause 9.2.
You confirm that every person shown in a photograph you send has agreed to be drawn as a caricature (clause 5.4).
10. Music
Every Video has default music that we choose for the Sample. You may ask us to replace it with music of your choice.
One replacement of the default music is free for each Order. Each further music change costs ₹50. A “music change” means replacing, changing or re-trimming the music in the Video. A music change is an Extra Charge. It is not a Revision Round and does not use up a Free Revision Round. If you ask for it together with a Revision Round, we carry it out in the same update.
Send the music as an audio file, or tell us the exact song name, a link, and the part you want. We may decline music that is too short, of poor quality, or unsuitable for the Video. We do not buy or arrange licences for music that you choose.
You are responsible for having the right to use the music you supply (clause 5.4). Apps and platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube may mute, block or remove a video that uses certain music, and a rights holder may make a claim. That risk, and any claim or cost that results, is yours.
A music change is outside the Correction Window (clause 11.2). After Completion it is a new Order (clause 12.3).
11. The 24 hour correction window
When we deliver the Final Video, we keep the Editable Files for 24hours from Delivery (the “Correction Window”), so that you can report any error.
In the Correction Window you may ask for corrections to spelling, grammar and text in the Final Video, free of charge. You may not ask for changes to fonts, music, images or backgrounds, for a different Sample, or for anything else outside the Included Scope. Those are not covered by the Correction Window.
Report all your corrections together, in one message. A request is in time if it reaches us in the Chat before the Correction Window ends. We then carry it out and deliver a corrected Final Video, even if that takes us beyond the end of the Correction Window.
The Correction Window is in addition to the Free Revision Rounds and does not use one of them. It covers one correction request. A further correction request within the same Correction Window costs ₹100, as clause 8.6 provides for a further Revision Round, and must be paid before we begin it.
An error that is ours (clause 8.8) is corrected free of charge during the Correction Window and does not use up your correction request.
The Correction Window does not extend, restart or pause for any reason, including because we make a correction.
12. Completion, deleting files and changes later
Your Order is “Completed” when the Correction Window has ended and any correction request made in time has been carried out. If you send no request in the Correction Window, the Order is Completed when it ends, and you accept the Final Video as delivered.
On Completion we delete the Editable Files. We delete the Drafts, the Customer Materials and our copy of the Final Video within 30 days after Completion. Until then, if you lose the Final Video, we will send our copy again free of charge. After that we have no copy and no duty to keep one, so please save the Final Video on your own device. We keep the Chat and the invoice and payment records as clause 19.4 says.
Because the Editable Files are deleted on Completion, any change after Completion (including a correction, a new version, a different language, a different length or shape, new music or any other edit) cannot be made to the existing Video. It is a new Order. We make the Video again from the beginning, we charge the full Price of the Sample as we then quote it, and these Terms apply to that new Order.
A request that reaches us after the Correction Window has ended is too late, even by a short time. We do not make exceptions as a matter of course. We may, at our sole discretion, agree to a change on different terms that we confirm in the Chat. That does not give you or anyone else a right to a later exception.
13. Ownership and your licence
All rights in the Samples, our designs, artwork, animation, caricatures, templates, default music, Drafts and Editable Files belong to us or to those who license them to us. Until you have paid in full, you have no licence to use any of them except to review a Draft under clause 7.
When you have paid in full and we have delivered the Final Video, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Final Video, for your own private event: to share it with your guests, in the Chat and on WhatsApp, and to post it on your personal social media accounts. You must not sell it, license it, use it to advertise a business, or let anyone else use it for their own event.
The Sample and the design behind your Video remain ours. We may make videos in a similar style for others, but never with your Details or your Customer Materials.
Your Customer Materials remain yours.
We will not show your Final Video, your names or your photographs publicly (for example in our portfolio, on our website or on social media) without your written permission in the Chat.
14. Cancellation, non-delivery and refunds
Before the Advance. Until we confirm that we have received the Advance, either of us may withdraw from the Order at any time without liability, and no money is due.
After Order Confirmation. Each Video is made specially for you, and we commit design time, labour and capacity as soon as we begin. The Advance is a reasonable pre-estimate of that commitment. So once the Order is confirmed, you cannot cancel it for a refund, and the Advance and every other amount you have paid are not refundable, except as clauses 14.3 and 14.4 say.
When we refund. We refund everything you have paid for the Video if:
- we cancel the Order for any reason other than your breach of these Terms;
- clause 6.5 applies and you cancel under it;
- we cannot deliver the Video as these Terms describe it, despite reasonable efforts; or
- clause 18.2 applies.
A payment made by mistake, or made twice, is refunded in full.
If you stop the Order. You may stop the Order at any time by telling us in the Chat. Work then stops, we keep the Advance as clause 14.2 provides, you owe nothing further, and we do not deliver the Final Video.
We make an agreed refund to the payment method you used, within 7 days of the day we agree to it. Your bank may need a few more days. Where the law requires, we issue a credit note.
If you ask your bank or payment app to reverse a payment that you owe under these Terms, we give them the Chat and our records. We may pause the Order, and the amount stays payable by you.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other law that applies to you. See also our Refund Policy; for video orders, these Terms prevail.
15. Delay or silence from you
We need your replies to make progress. If you do not respond for 7 days to (a) our request for the Details, the Customer Materials or the Advance, (b) a Draft we sent you, or (c) our request for the Balance after Finalisation, we may send you a reminder in the Chat. If you still do not respond within a further 3 days, we may close the Order (a “Lapse”).
On a Lapse:
- if we had not yet begun work, we refund the Advance, less any payment charges that we cannot recover;
- if we had begun work, we keep the Advance as payment for the work done;
- we delete the Editable Files;
- you owe nothing further; and
- we do not deliver the Final Video.
If you want to carry on after a Lapse, it is a new Order at the Price we then quote, on these Terms.
A delay on your side does not count against our time limits (clause 6.4) and does not entitle you to a refund.
16. When we may refuse or end an order
We may refuse an Order, or pause or end it, if:
- the Details or Customer Materials are unlawful or break clause 5.4;
- you break these Terms, for example by misusing a Draft (clause 7.2), by not paying an amount when it is due, or by abusing, threatening or harassing our staff; or
- we cannot reasonably make the Video you ask for.
If we end the Order under clause 16.1(a) or (b), you are not entitled to a refund of amounts paid for work already done. If we end it under clause 16.1(c), clause 14.3 applies.
We do not make videos that are unlawful, hateful or obscene, that promote violence, or that we reasonably consider unsuitable for an invitation.
17. Our responsibility
We will make the Video with reasonable skill and care, in the style of the Sample, from the Details and Customer Materials you give us, at the video quality we state for the Sample in the Chat (for example 4K).
A Sample shows a style. Your Video will not be identical to it, because your Details, names, photographs, music and language are different. A difference that comes from your Details is not a defect.
Apps, networks, phones and internet connections (including WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube) may compress a video, mute it, block it or change how it plays. We are not responsible for that, for whether your guests receive or watch the Video, or for any action a platform takes against your account or your content.
You are responsible for the content you approve (clause 8.9), except as clauses 8.8 and 11 provide.
To the fullest extent that the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity, or for costs connected with your event, such as bookings, travel or printing. Our total liability for any claim connected with an Order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that Order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it.
18. Events beyond our control
We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable for delay or failure, if it is caused by something beyond our reasonable control. That includes natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, lockdown or government order, a power, internet or telecom failure, an outage of WhatsApp or of a payment system, the suspension or restriction of our WhatsApp account, a cyber attack, and the sudden illness of the person making your Video. Our time limits are extended for as long as the event lasts.
If such an event lasts more than 7 days, either of us may cancel the Order by telling the other in writing. We then refund what you have paid for work we have not delivered (clause 14.3).
19. Privacy and your information
We use the personal information in your Order (the names of the couple and of family members, event details, photographs, your phone number and your payment records) to make the Video, to talk to you, to issue invoices and to follow the law. We handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You give us information about other people, such as family members. You confirm that you are entitled to do so (clause 5.4).
We use WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, for the Chat. Messages and files you send there are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.
How long we keep information.
- The Editable Files: until Completion (clause 12.2).
- The Drafts, your Customer Materials and our copy of the Final Video: up to 30 days after Completion, then deleted.
- The Chat: up to 3 years after Completion, so that we can deal with any claim on the Order, then deleted.
- Invoices and payment records: for as long as tax and other law requires.
We do not sell your personal information. We use your Details and Customer Materials only for your Order, and we do not show them publicly without your written permission (clause 13.5).
To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to complain about how it is used, write to our Grievance Officer (clause 20.1). If you ask us to delete information before Completion, we may be unable to complete the Order, and we keep what the law requires us to keep.
20. Complaints and disputes
Complaints. If you have a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer, Shashwat Shukla, at invites@shyara.co.in, with your name, your phone number, the Sample and a description of the problem. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it. See also our Grievance Redressal page.
Talking first. Before either of us starts legal proceedings about an Order, we both agree to try to settle it through the process in clause 20.1 for 30 days. This does not stop either of us from asking a court or consumer commission for urgent relief, and it does not limit your statutory remedies.
Law and courts. These Terms and every Order are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to bring a complaint before the consumer commission where you live or work.
21. General
The whole agreement. These Terms, our confirmations in the Chat, and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between us about the Order. For a video Order, if these Terms differ from our Terms of Service or our Refund Policy, these Terms prevail.
Changes. An Order can be changed only in writing, in the Chat, by us.
No waiver. If we do not insist on a right straight away, or we allow an exception once, we do not give up that right.
If part is invalid. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
Transfer. You may not transfer the Order to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and duties to a company that takes over our business, if it will honour these Terms.
Notices. We give you notice in the Chat, and you give us notice in the Chat or at the email addresses in clauses 20.1 and 22. A notice is received when it is sent.
Nothing more is implied. We are independent contractors to each other. No one else has a right to enforce these Terms. Clauses that by their nature continue after the Order ends (including clauses 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 19 and 20) continue.
