- Get the video in 24 to 48 hoursReview the watermarked draft and ask for changes. Pay the balance, and the final video comes as a file sized for WhatsApp, so it sends as a video and plays inside the chat. Forward it to every group, or put it on status.

Video, card or website?
A video plays inside WhatsApp and looks lovely once. It cannot be edited after it is sent, cannot collect replies and cannot give directions. An invitation website does all three from one link. Most families send both: the video to every group, the website link to the guests they need a headcount from. A digital card is the still version of the video, a file you download and send or print.

Your first draft, with our watermark, is shared within 24 hours of your advance and complete details reaching us. The finished video usually follows within 24 to 48 hours, depending on how soon you approve the draft and pay the balance. If the date is closer than that, say so in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Yes. Your video is made in the same style as the sample you pick, with your names, dates and venue in place of the sample's. Customers often tell us the final video looked exactly like the sample.
Yes. Every order includes 2 free rounds of changes to text or caricatures. Send all the changes for a round together in one message. A further round is ₹100. Once the final video is delivered you have 24 hours to ask for free corrections of spelling, grammar or text, and after that a change is a new order. The full rules are in the Video Order Terms.
In two parts on WhatsApp: 50% to confirm the order and start work, and 50% after you approve the watermarked video, before we send the final video without the watermark. You get a GST invoice. Caricatures and your own music are charged as set out in the Video Order Terms.
